1. Manufacturer’s Warranty (Material Warranty)
Your roof’s durability begins with the materials we choose. We partner with Australia’s leading steel manufacturers — including COLORBOND® and ZINCALUME® — ensuring your roof performs exceptionally in all weather conditions.
Coverage Details:
Minimum: Up to 10 years on standard metal roofing products
Maximum: Up to 36 years on premium materials such as COLORBOND® and ZINCALUME®, depending on environmental exposure and location
Each product warranty is supported by BlueScope Steel, offering nationally recognised coverage for corrosion, peeling, and perforation.
2. Workmanship Warranty (Contractor’s Warranty)
At Cro & Co, we take pride in the skill and care that goes into every project. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty — far exceeding the NSW industry requirement of two years.
Coverage Details:
Minimum: 2 years (as required by NSW Fair Trading under the Australian Consumer Law)
Maximum: Lifetime Warranty on workmanship for all Cro & Co Metal Roofing installations
Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty means your roof is built to the highest standard — and if anything related to our workmanship ever falls short, we’ll make it right.
3. Statutory Home Building Warranty (NSW Law)
Every residential roofing project we complete complies with the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW), protecting you under state legislation.
Coverage Details:
Major Structural Defects: Covered for 6 years
Other Non-Structural Defects: Covered for 2 years
This statutory warranty applies automatically to all eligible residential projects, ensuring accountability and confidence in the quality of our work.
