A large coastal industrial property in Byron Bay required a full roof replacement to address corrosion, leaks and poor drainage.
Cro & Co was contracted to complete the transformation using marine-grade materials and proven large-scale roofing expertise.

The Process

Following detailed site planning and risk assessment, we removed the existing tiled roof in stages to maintain safety and weather protection.
Our team reinforced the roof structure and replaced aged battens before fitting Colorbond® Surfmist Matt sheeting.
Custom gutters and box flashings were fabricated on-site for precision fit, and final inspections ensured all components met engineering and manufacturer standards.
